Full-Time Loyalty Program Specialist

We are looking for a Loyalty Program Specialist in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE) for a new venture of Adgeco Group DutyMall.com. The Specialist’s job is to smooth the work process inside the division and build up and actualize the necessary inner and outer procedures towards conveying and running an effective prizes program. E-Commerce experience is Mandatory

Key Accountabilities:

Operational Support

  • Ensure smooth set-up and activity of the managerial framework inside the division
  • Manage activities for Front of House and Merchant preparing and effective execution of the prizes program across schools, sellers and backers

Coordination and Cooperation

  • Effectively liaise with the departmental heads for setting up gatherings, follow-up meetings, and MIS/information identified with business
  • Correspond for the benefit of the Manager/Head of Department on issues identified with routine business when esteemed vital and especially when Manager/HoD is voyaging or out of office. Heighten significant matters to the HoD for his/her recommendation, and act as needs are
  • Coordinate with inside offices to encourage smooth and proficient running of the REWARDS Program

Program Support

  • Support the Partnerships and Sponsorships Manager in the procurement of new Merchants and Vendors to the prizes program
  • Ensure all program-related documentation with Merchants is finished and state-of-the-art
  • Contribute towards the structure of robust association procedures
  • Support Marketing endeavors by liaising with PR, Communication and Digital organizations to guarantee fruitful execution of vital and strategic battles
  • Support usage of occasions identifying with conveyance of the program
  • Venture Planning Support and Implementation
  • Work with the HoD to distinguish key achievements, undertakings, courses of events
  • Track and record group progress with a venture the board instrument
  • Analyze up and coming difficulties inside task activities

Association

  • Coordinate interior and outer gatherings for the group
  • Ensure most extreme polished skill inside and remotely, as befits the GEMS Education gauges
  • Handle office reports with most extreme privacy
  • Establish a sorted out reports the executive’s framework for the office

Reporting

  • Ensure group expectations and results are followed, reports produced and imparted to crucial partners
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Project Management experience is an added advantage
    Bachelor’s degree; Masters preferred minimum 5-8 years of experience at a central management level
  • Relevant experience in Cards & Accounts domain
  • UAE experience in result management
    Previous experience managing vast loyalty programs and huge brand partnerships across retail, airlines, telecom, hospitality space
